The restaurant at the Es Mares hotel offers a well-appointed setting, with warm, chic decor. Far from the high prices expected, it offers inventive, quality cuisine at reasonable prices. The deliberately concise menu features a number of rice dishes, as well as fine cuts of meat and grilled fish, such as octopus with potatoes and sobrassada. There's also a mature beef burger for connoisseurs, and traditional carrilleras de cerdo ibérico (pork cheeks). The menu changes seasonally.
