Only one xiringuito, the Bartolo, run by the same family for almost 50 years, managed to retain its concession after the 2024 reforms, although its appearance was altered to conform to the new rules. We even bumped into Bartolo himself! Bartolo's is the last stop before reaching the famous Es Caló d'Es Mort cove, a dreamy little beach. The menu includes sandwiches, salads, burgers and cocktails. It's overpriced, as usual, and sometimes crowded, but the beauty of the beach makes up for it.
