JANIS

Janis is the brand new gastro restaurant on the rooftop of the Five Flower Hotel, the only 5-star hotel on the island. The promising Catalan chef Sara Valls is in charge of the kitchen and offers us dishes inspired by traditional Pityuse recipes, such as the peasant salad. The fresh products are finely chosen (the Formentera tomato is excellent, as are the leeks with vanilla sauce) and the desserts are to die for: try the pistachio coulant!
