PIZZA PAZZA
This was Formentera's first Italian restaurant, opened in the 1980s by Silvia, a Milanese, and her family. Today, it's one of the best wood-fired ovens on the island. In addition to the classics and must-have pizzas, among other house specialties, the seafood pasta stands up very well and the desserts are homemade. A pleasant terrace overlooking the street, complemented by a vast interior room, planted with greenery and painted entirely in white. Not a bad place to dine in the center of town without breaking the bank.
