Discover this megalithic monument located not far from Es Pujols, in the eastern part of the Pudent pond
This megalithic monument, discovered in 1974, is located not far from Es Pujols, in the eastern part of the Pudent lake, and is one of the best preserved in the Balearic Islands. The site is protected by large iron fences. This funerary monument was probably used as a collective tomb during the Bronze Age, between 2000 and 1600 B.C., as shown by the human remains of eight men and women, as well as the various ceramic objects and tools found in the tomb during the 1974 excavations. These objects are on display at the Ibiza Archaeological Museum.
