The Catalan chef of contemporary cuisine Carles Abellan is responsible for this Sant Ferran restaurant. Known for his creativity, the man already runs two other restaurants in Barcelona and another in Singapore. The Formentera version is Mediterranean and relaxed (the vast villa lining the pedestrian street is splendid), while the plates are garnished in the same way as in the other restaurants of the group: a nice variety of classic tapas revised and corrected by the chef! A delight and a tribute to Catalan traditions.
