Schwaiger Xino's is a penthouse restaurant perched on the second floor of a Palma building, with an elegant service room flanked by a pleasant flower-filled terrace (perfect for a cocktail before or after the meal) overlooking the Serra de Tramuntana. The German chef cut his teeth in prestigious German kitchens before arriving in Mallorca and taking an interest in the island's terroir. On the menu? Inspired reinterpretations of Mediterranean dishes! The ingredients are excellent and the dishes original! A wonderful discovery.
