For 10 years now, this excellent downtown restaurant has been housed in the bright, spacious setting of an elegantly decorated 17th-century patio. Chef Andreu Genestra's contemporary Mallorcan cuisine flirts with gastronomy: the man knows the island's terroir like the back of his hand and plays with its textures and flavors. Élégance de la salle, cuisine raffinée et produits de qualité . Le personnel est sympathique et efficace . On se rapproche d’un restaurant étoilé en plein Palma. Attention, pour les vins et les apéritifs , coûteux , qui font grimper la note. Le menu à 60 euros, soit 5 plats, est largement suffisant .

Restaurant exceptionnel. A ne pas manquer si vous passez à Plama. Nous y sommes allés en suivant la recommandation du guide Michelin. Nous avons rarement vu un tel festival de saveurs. C’est délicieux, subtile d’une grande inventivité et originalité dans l’assiette. Le service est impeccable, professionnel et les conseils du sommelier parfaitement pertinent. Ce restaurant vaut largement beaucoup de une voire deux étoiles Michelin. Par ailleurs, le prix est extrêmement raisonnable au regard de la qualité de ce restaurant.
