For 10 years now, this excellent downtown restaurant has been housed in the bright, spacious setting of an elegantly decorated 17th-century patio. Chef Andreu Genestra's contemporary Mallorcan cuisine flirts with gastronomy: the man knows the island's terroir like the back of his hand and plays with its textures and flavors.
