100% typical: in the decoration, in the plate... With its wooden tables, wine barrels and regional cuisine, Sa Premsa is a real experience in itself. You can try all the traditional dishes: frito mallorquin (a kind of lamb stew), huevos fritos con sobrasada, sepia a la mallorquin... And for dessert, greixonera de brossat, a Mallorcan speciality that looks like cheesecake, delicious pudding de ensaimadas or homemade tarts. An institution since 1953, and which has not aged a bit!

Menu du jour au rapport qualité prix imbattable pour des plats typiquement majorquins servis dans ce celler immense qui offre un grand dépaysement dans ce quartier de palma, à 5 minutes à pied de la station centrale des bus plaça de espania ! Copieux et authentique, super! et la cadre, avec les façades conservées le long des murs de nombreux tonneaux, plus les affiches anciennes de corrida, très sympa !
