This bistro-style restaurant is run by renowned Argentine chef Adrián Quetglas. After working for many years in Russia, in 2015 he decided to move back to Palma (where he had previously worked) to be closer to the origins of his ancestors. The chef prepares international cuisine, but always with a Mediterranean touch. Fine and surprising. Particularly noteworthy is the tasty, inventively concocted Presa ibérica. The menu is regularly renewed (gastronomic menu available at lunchtime). A favorite.

Extraordinaire : tout est une surprise pour les ssens …les couleurs, les arômes, les saveurs … beaucoup de créativité et une technique irréprochable sachant laisser la place à l’émotion. Je recommande sans réserve.

Personnel très accueillant. Plats bien travaillés avec bonne recherche des goûts et textures. Excellente qualité des poissons et viandes présentés. Desserts un peu moins réussis, pas trouvé les composants annoncés dans la carte. Marídate de vins bien, mais sans plus. Prix plus que raisonnable pour les plats et le service offerts. À recommander!!
