Sumptuous luxury hotel with typical Majorcan architecture that offers light, spacious and bright rooms

This sumptuous luxury hotel is located in the heart of the old town. The splendid architecture of the building, typically Mallorcan, forces admiration, starting with the gallery with its gothic arches on the ground floor which houses the hotel's excellent restaurant. The light, spacious and luminous rooms are subtly arranged, without forgetting to be as comfortable as high-tech. The staff are attentive and the breakfast is delicious. At the crossroads of the Renaissance and the modern world at its most delightful. A pearl!

We had an amazing experience at Posada Terra Santa! The location is perfect for getting around the old town. The property is stunning; our room was perfect and even had a private hot tub on the porch. Breakfast was great! The most impressive part of our stay hands down was the friendly and welcoming staff. They continually went above and beyond and even made our son feel special on his second birthday. We will definitely try to make it back here to stay in the future.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is great, making it convenient for exploring the area. The concierge, Anya, and all the staff were incredibly helpful and wonderful throughout our visit. The rooms were cozy and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable retreat. In fact, it's the best hotel experience I've had in many years. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for the duration of our wedding in Palma. This hotel far exceeded my expectations. Beautiful boutique hotel centrally located in the old town of Palma. The hotel was beautifully decorated and clean. The staff were amazing. They were in contact with me before we arrived and helped me organise the morning of my wedding day. No request was too small or difficult and they did everything with enthusiasm and a smile. They really made my wedding morning relaxing and enjoying and I cannot thank them enough. Absolutely impeccable service from the moment you enter the hotel to the time you check-out.

I was really looking forward to my stay here. The location is great, the service is truly top tier, and the accommodations are cozy. The only thing that came up was the noise level in the hotel. Multiple families were staying on my floor and they were incredibly loud. Which they should be allowed to do when they book a hotel, but the building doesn't have proper insulation to ward off the noise, so every morning it sounded like they were inside of my room.

Other than that it was great, so if you're traveling with children this would be a great option for you. For those of us that are not you may want to consider another place if you plan on getting any beauty sleep.
