The location of this boutique hotel, in an alleyway just a stone's throw from the baroque convent of Santa Magdalena de Palma, built in the 14th century, immerses us directly in the atmosphere of the old town. If we are seduced by the authenticity of the setting, we are also seduced by the rooms and suites, modern and with extra-large beds that are very comfortable. The spa, with indoor pool and sauna, and the rooftop terrace with pool and deck chairs do the rest.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war köstlich. Eine Vielfalt an frischen, qualitativ hochwertigen Speisen stand zur Auswahl. Von lokalen Spezialitäten bis hin zu internationalen Klassikern war alles vorhanden, um den Tag perfekt zu starten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die frische Zubereitung der Speisen, die den Unterschied machte.
Der Service im Hotel war durchweg hervorragend. Jedes Mitglied des Personals, mit dem ich interagierte, war freundlich, aufmerksam und ging proaktiv auf unsere Bedürfnisse ein. Es war offensichtlich, dass der Gast hier im Mittelpunkt steht und alles darangesetzt wird, einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt zu gewährleisten.
Abschließend kann ich sagen, dass unser Aufenthalt eine wahre Freude war. Die Kombination aus stilvollem Ambiente, exzellentem Essen und erstklassigem Service machte meinen Besuch unvergesslich. Ich würde dieses Hotel ohne zu zögern weiterempfehlen und freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt.

Rooms are very nice, with the right space, bathroom is really beautiful, with a great stone on the walls and floors. We also had a balcony, but apparently that is not a standard.
Breakfast is good, selection of food adequate to our needs. Perhaps having some more green options (salads, rucola, tomatoes, etc.) would be a benefit but I am now being picky.
Bottom line: great place to stay, if we come back to Palma, this is where we will stay.
