CHURCH OF SANTA EULALIA
Neo-Gothic style church with a magnificent Gothic altarpiece and a large altar in the Churrigueresque style
Located in the square of the same name, near the Plaça del Cort, it is the oldest church in Palma after the cathedral (13th and 14th centuries). Its main façade, like the bell tower, is in the neo-Gothic style. They were remodelled after the earthquake that shook Majorca in 1851. The side walls from the Gothic period have been preserved. Inside, there is a magnificent Gothic altarpiece in the first chapel on the right. The high altar exhibits a churrigueresque style (Spanish baroque). A beautiful set restored at the beginning of the 19th century.
