MUSEU DE MALLORCA
Museum on 3 floors with remarkable, rich and varied collections
Nestled in a Gothic palace, the Casa de la Gran Cristiana, the Mallorca Museum is spread over three floors (not all accessible during our last visit, as the museum was under construction). From prehistory to the 20th century, the entire history of Mallorca is traced within these remarkable collections: the Roman, Moorish, Catalan and other imprints become very palpable and concrete after visiting this place. Bronze statuettes, Roman statues, religious paintings and decorative vases... A rich and vivid collection.
