S'HORT DEL REI
Garden of medieval origin, on the park of the Mar, decorated with sculptures and an arch of Moorish style restored
Located outside the wall, this garden of medieval origin developed at the foot of the Almudaina Palace. In the 1960s, the space was remodeled into an urban garden by Mallorcan architect Gabriel Alomarla, who combined traditional Mallorcan garden elements with Andalusian ones, such as the various fountains. The garden is also decorated with sculptures by Miró, Subirachs and Calder, and a Moorish-style arch has been restored. The "King's Garden" extends into the Parc de la Mar.
