Foundation with a permanent collection of works by Miró and temporary exhibitions

The Pilar and Joan Miró Foundation has a permanent collection of works by Miró, bequeathed by the couple. It also presents temporary exhibitions highlighting contemporary creation. From the outside, you can admire the artist's studio designed by his architect friend Josep Lluís Sert in 1956. Miró worked here for almost 30 years and created more than a thousand of his works. There are also two other buildings, Son Boter (18th century) and Moneo (1992).
