Municipal gallery with a beautiful patio hosting temporary exhibitions of contemporary art
This municipal gallery is housed in an old Majorcan palace from the 18th century designed by Gaspar Palmer and decorated by the Italian sculptor Antonio Soldatti. It hosts temporary exhibitions of contemporary art. It is worth a visit for the works as much as for the setting: its façade with a loggia, its superb patio with low arches and a double-flight imperial staircase - with its beautifully crafted wrought iron railings - which Archduke Luis Salvador described as one of the most beautiful patios in Palma.
