Installed since 2016 at a street corner of the Port of Andratx, the Umami Fresh Bistro bears its name well! It serves, indeed, in a friendly atmosphere (very smiling service!) dishes of an incredible freshness. It is even the common denominator of all the dishes offered, since the recipes travel to the four corners of Latin America, but also to Asia. On the menu pages, you can find assorted sushi and octopus salads, Peruvian ceviche and spicy Mexican tacos! A journey!
