An address nestled in the bay of Port Soller that surprises with its creative cuisine and soothes the mind with its sea views... This good find, run by Marcel and Yvonne, plays the card of gastro cuisine, without failing to add to its dishes the touch of fantasy that makes the difference. On the menu: Angus beef tartar, tacos stuffed with pulled pork and cabbage salad, calf sweetbreads and truffle-bacon croquettes, duck foie gras with oyster mushrooms, roasted turbot fillet with garlic parsley butter and artichoke cream...

Diner de tapas
Le cadre est raffiné, tout comme la présentation, mais si la carte est alléchante on est un peu déçu car ce qui est proposé relève pilus d'une suite de tapas que d'un diner au sens classique du terme.
On reste donc - en ce qui me concerne - sur sa faim aux deux sens du terme
