LA CUINA D'EN MARC
In his charming restaurant, which has the air of a small, quiet café, chef Marc Martínez offers an innovative cuisine based on market produce, and therefore seasonal produce. The bistronomic approach here is not over the top, but rather gastronomic, while at the same time distancing itself from the classic Majorcan dishes. A recommendation? One of the homemade burgers, or perhaps the shrimp, smoked carrot and dried fruit gyozas, which are as crisp as you could wish for! The desserts are also not to be missed. Original and tasty.
