We are dealing here with a small structure run by great enthusiasts of nature and escapades of all kinds. Patrick, a friendly Frenchman who has done well in the outdoor tourism industry, and his partner Gerd set up this nature and guided tours agency in 2013 in the north of the island. But be careful! We are far from mass tourism here, and it is Active Alcudia's intention to remain so. To do this, the groups never have more than eight excursionists, allowing the guides to have a personalized relationship with each participant and to ensure their safety. These two will take you sometimes to snorkel in creeks with crystal clear water, few of which know the way, sometimes to indulge in coastering, a discipline combining movement in rocky environments, climbing above the waves (easy level), jumps from the rocks (8-9 meters maximum, but never mandatory) and swimming. The destination places as well as the paths that lead to them have the advantage of being exceptionally preserved because of their difficult access, without having to be an athlete to venture there. If in the summer time aquatic activities are in the spotlight, the rest of the year, Patrick and Gerd will guide you inland, in Mortitx in particular, in the heart of Tramontana, to discover the eagles. After five years of good and loyal service, Active Alcudia has made a name for itself on the island, and this is undoubtedly due to the simplicity and desire to share of its initiators.
