SON SIMÓ VELL
A one-hour experience to discover the secrets of winemaking: vine cultivation, harvesting...
On the road to Palma, leaving Alcudia, we find the winery of Son Simó Vell in the valley. Known for its red wine Pecat, aged 18 months in French oak barrels, the house opens its doors to the curious who want to know some of the secrets of wine making. The experience lasts a little over an hour, allowing you to learn more about the cultivation of the vine, the harvest and the transformation of the grapes into wine. The tour concludes with a tasting session of a white, a rosé and a red. A great experience.
