We chose this El Puerto restaurant eating a paella worthy of this name and we were terribly disappointed! Paella cold and was not cooked enough, rice was straightforwardly raw, so hard you could not crunch it! we are the waiter in order to tell him, It took the dishes and brought them back for us while tell us that it is normal it is al dente, paella would be eaten as... it finished not acknowledging us that paella was made in advance and is heated during to be served, and so that it could not the pré cook too, otherwise it would burn during the heat it! in short it is ashamed, we paid €34 a paella raw for 2 people and have only seafood!
