La Porxada de Sa Torre, with its terrace at the foot of the tower in a magnificent setting of stone and wood, belongs to the luxurious Mallorcan hotel group Torre de Canyamel. Traditional island dishes are served here, but the star dish is the famous lechona (spit-roasted suckling pig), also known as porcella. The pigs are raised on the restaurant's farm using traditional methods before being roasted over an oak wood fire. Perfect for a romantic dinner on a mild summer night.

Ce petit restaurant en retrait de la route offre un joli cadre, que ce soit à l'intérieur ou en terrasse. Les plats sont bien garnis et les viandes bien cuisinées et délicieusement grillées. Petit vin sympas et excellente sangria. Seul petit bémol : Il vaut mieux savoir parler espagnol ...
