가장 중요한건 영어를 잘 못 하는 한국인이나 동양인에겐 비추합니다. 영어로 말 안 하고 있다가 영어로 말을 하면 그때서야 태도가 변합니다.
1. 셀프바를 하루에 한번 채워주는데 밖에 다녀온 후 미니바를 확인해보니 채워지지 않아 있어 리셉션에 전화하니. 호텔 리셉션에서는 "우린 채웠다고 직원에게 전해들었으며, 없다면 너네 돈으로 룸서비스에서 사서 마셔라."라고 응대하더군요.
2. 동양인 차별이 있습니다. 리셉션에서 우리가 먼저 왔음에도 다른 사람 먼저 응대하고 거기에 대해 뭐하는 거냐고 물어보니 그냥 쏘리 한마디로 끝냅니다.
3. 룸서비스가 다들 맛있다는 평이 많지만 그저 그렇습니다. 햄버거는 맛있었고 뇨끼는 정말 ㅎㅎ…
4. 미슐랭 투스타 레스토랑은 3달 전에 예약하고 컨펌 받았지만 도착한 당일에 예약을 미룰 수 있냐는 개소리를 합니다.
룸 컨디션이나 호텔 자체는 너무 이쁘고 좋습니다만 동양인이 영어를 못한다고 생각해서인지 차별이 있고 영어로 항의하면 그때서야 일을 하는 호텔입니다. 이전에 파크하얏트였기에 찾아서 예약했지만 다시 온다고 생각하면 물음표 백만개입니다.
참고로 호텔에서 운영하는 vo로와 타파바는 별로입니다. 비추해요
