HSM CANARIOS PARK

Hola a tod@s!!! Típico hotel batallero a régimen todo incluido. Si vas justo de dinero pero quieres salir a buen precio con régimen todo incluido este hotel es una buena opción, lo único que está a 1h 10min de Palma . Aquí os pongo mi experiencia en el hotel:
-Las instalaciones y la comida muy justita
-En las habitaciones se oye todo, son antiguas pero con un lavado de cara, el baño olía mal y una de las zonas comunes también
-El Wifi no funcionaba
-Los espectáculos justitos
Nosotros fuimos a finales de junio (2022) y estaba llenísimo por lo que no pudimos disfrutar en condiciones de la piscina para niños ni del resto de instalaciones.
He de destacar que estaba muy bien:
-La limpieza ✅
-Personal muy atento y amable ✅
-El margen de horarios de las comidas✅
-Habitaciones amplias ✅
-Reciclaje✅

Not what we booked, photos online were of a different hotel, we thought we had been taken to wrong hotel.
Food was poor, unless you like 20 different ways to serve up pork chops, everything sat in oil. Lived on bread, cheese, salad and fruit unless we went out for food in the local town. Drinks were very weak and seemed to be watered down.
Very stuck in the 1970's.
Not impressed and would not recommend to anyone. It was a poor 1* hotel

I stayed in this hotel for 7 days end September with my wife and 2 children (2 yrs and 10 months old) all inclusive 700€

The location is in the middle of nowhere, if you don't have a car please be aware that will not be any facilities or entertainment around

This property is promoted as smoke free, there are sign almost every where stating is not allowing smoking which make me book this property as I have asthma and 2 small children, well if the smoke bother you stay AWAY from this property, literally everywhere and everyone here were smoking, you could smell tobacco or vaping products everywhere at every time even from the room I could smell it, this situation ruin my holiday and when we raise a complaint at reception incredibly we Ve been told that there is no manager in shift! How can a hotel running without a supervisor/manager in charge? However the following day in the morning we talk with this general manager which was so unhelpful and unprofessional, he try to play the card of laws are changed in Mallorca and could not help us differently(bulls***) after we complaint further he reserved a 3x3 meters space with work in progress tape ????

Staff 4/5

Receptionist were available and most of them polite, specially the old woman with black hairs can't remember the name, while few of them speak each other in Spanish on your back believing you can't understand them

Kitchen staff big clap for them, although the kitchen and some table were not clean all the time, they do really good job, many hours doing always the same thing, but they still have time to smile at you, the 2 black guys were so friendly and polite

Beverage staff were the less friendly but it understandable for the huge amount of drink they served

The food is what you pay for, don't expect big quality, big variety of food but unfortunately the variety was always between English and Deutsch cousine, I would've been nice to see more local foods, of Spanish there was only some chorizo and paella , overall the food can be repetitive but is ok for a budget hotel, some dish was tasty

Swimming pool 4/5

There are 3 swimming pool, 2 for adults and 1 for kids, all 3 pools were well maintained, cleaning sometimes was an issue because of people leave a mess behind them, the kids pool is very nice, they will love it having lot of fun

Gaming/activities 3/5

There are 2 ping pong table, football pitch, tennis, and a mini golf, all the sports facilities are really old dated but free to use ( you need to pay 20€ deposit for sport equipment)...there is a kid club opening a 10am with few game table and some slide, also outside the gate there is another slide very old, there is some other activities to do in the morning raffles game but nothing special, also right at entrance of the restaurant there are some arcade game to play with 2€ coins, please avoid all of them, nothing working and the machine will just eat your money, also the small carousel outside same thing

Entertainment staff 1/5

I've been in many hotels, events where the entertainment was meeting and exceeding the expectations, but here was tremendously boring, most of the show was starting late and were really basic but the awful thing was in between the show , there is a black guy don't remember the name that is very rude and boring

Room and cleaning 3/5

Rooms are old dated but very spacious, bed are really uncomfortable, cleaning staff is very friendly but the cleaning is not that great, they never changed the sheets only once after I requested for 2 days

Free transfer service run every hour to take you at nearest beach ( nice sea) and shop facilities, the driver is very friendly and always on time

Is a budget hotel, don't pretend high expectations, food average, I would say is good for the kids but the smoke is all around, it will suit to a smoker family who doesn't care to hurt their children

I love this place went last year and just got back with a family of a 11 this time with fussy eaters but they eat everyday already looking forward to next year with even more family

Clean and tidy hotel. Great friendly staff. Food was good as a good selection each meal time from the buffet. We had a lovely break. Nice 20 minute walk into the town for shops and bars etc. Great facilities for kids and adults.
