The table of this hotel-restaurant is of the most pleasant refinement. The site itself is sumptuous, the service room stretching into several spaces under the vaulted ceiling and the clear blocks of the stone ceilings. The terrace and its tropical vegetation are not lacking in charm. But it is the finesse of the cuisine - Mediterranean, Mallorcan, creative - that we remember here.
