MONDRAGÓ NATURAL PARK
Natural park with a bird protection area with a rich variety of ecosystems
This area of 785 hectares was declared a natural park in 1992 due to the rich variety of ecosystems it contains: beaches, rocky coasts, small dunes, ponds, Mediterranean scrubland, pine forests, traditional crops... The sea is the main attraction of Mondragó. The visitor can swim at the magnificent beach of s'Amador in the heart of a breathtaking mosaic of landscapes while admiring the maritime species that live there. The park is also part of the Natura 2000 network as a specific protection area for birds.
