TERRA DI VINO
A stone's throw from the discreet square of the Binissalem church, this Italian table is worth a visit. In the middle of the small service room with its tables set with white tablecloths is the kitchen where you can see the chef at work. The products are excellent - fish, meat, vegetables and "homemade" pasta - and are inventively combined. The plates are elegantly presented: risotto with cuttlefish ink, pasta stuffed with shrimp and tomatoes, burrata with grilled vegetables, there is something for everyone. Friendly service and affordable wines.
