SANT FRANCESC CONVENT
A single nave church with a sober convent displaying some 16th century works, a statue and an altarpiece
Built with fine ashlar, the original construction dates from the first half of the 14th century, but the buildings currently visible date from the 18th and 19th centuries. The various buildings of the convent are characterized by their sobriety and lack of ornamentation on the facades. The single-nave church is worth a visit to appreciate the few sixteenth-century works that it contains, including a statue by Gabriel Moger and a Renaissance altarpiece representing the Purissima Concepción.
