About thirty apartments with large terrace and swimming pool, located a few steps from the port and downtown

Apartamentos Royal Life is a small complex located just a short walk from the port and town center of Maó (10 minutes on foot at most), offering peace and quiet, but also greater autonomy than in a hotel. Each apartment consists of a bedroom and a living room with sofa bed and a small, fully-equipped kitchen. TV and air-conditioning are also included, and each unit can accommodate a maximum of 3 adults and 1 child. Around thirty apartments in all. Large terrace with swimming pool.

Las habitaciones no están muy limpias, hay muchísimo moho en el baño. Los muebles de la cocina están medio rotos. El wifi se desconecta a cada rato…

Pero con lo que no puedo es con la cama que son solo resortes (!!) con un topper de 6cm. Es imposible dormir en eso.

Si bien tiene un patio y piscina bonitos y la gente es amable no volvería ni recomendaría. Las fotos no se parecen nada a la realidad…

We stayed here in September 2023. It was ok in terms of cleanliness but the apartment was not that well equipped if you want to stay for a long time (e.g, no drying wrack, limited kitchen utensils, no basics like oil or salt, etc.). It’s pretty removed from the center and all cafes and restaurants in the scale of this town. Biggest disappointment was that the receptionists did not tell us breakfast was included in the price until we checked out - thank you very much.
So, all in all, quite disappointed.

Questa struttura è un po’ vecchiotta, gli appartamenti sono molto “freddi” e ci sarebbe proprio bisogno di una rimodernata. Comunque gli spazi sono generosi, sia in camera che in zona giorno. C’è anche un bel terrazzo. La pulizia non è ottimale, molto approssimativa. Dietro la porta del bagno abbiamo trovato un piccolo geko morto e per 3 giorni è sempre rimasto lì, perché ne non se ne sono mai accorti. Anche l’insonorizzazione non è delle migliori, si sentono tutti i rumori provenienti dalla strada. Buona la posizione, 5 minuti a piedi dal porto e 5 minuti a piedi dal centro. Ottimo lo staff della reception, sempre sorridenti e disponibili.

Sapete che giro parecchio, questo appartamentino è fantastico. Intanto sono almeno 35 mq di casa, senza contare un mega terrazzo dove ci mangi e ci stendi. Pulizia quotidiana con cambio salviette. Raccoglitori della differenziata che in Italia ce li sognamo.Accoglienza con lingua inglese, cortesia, bar annesso (due birre medie 5,40 euro in TUTTO). Wi-fi forse da rivedere: occorre ogni volta agganciarsi con le credenziali. Piscina, palestra, per chi vuole prima colazione. Bagno con bidet, shampo nella doccia, phon. Aria condizionata e cassaforte. Il centro lo si raggiunge con una passeggiata di 10 minuti. Foto gallery:
