Six fishermen from the island, led by the sea wolf Pito Quintana, decided to set up the Sa Llotja project in 2013. After taking over an abandoned building facing the sea, they have gradually turned their fish shop into a real reference for restaurateurs and islanders who come to buy quality fish and seafood. Rafel and his team will also be able to advise you on your purchases. They have other outlets in the Maó market and the Sant Crispí Cooperative, in the Alaior - La Trotxa industrial estate.
