Ensaimadas (plain, angel hair, chocolate or cream) and a host of sweet and savoury artisanal pastries typical of the island, Es Forn is a small address in downtown Maó that doesn't look like much, but is nonetheless a benchmark among the town's inhabitants. It's a great way to enjoy a typical taste experience, but also to stock up on sweet treats before setting off on a day's excursion. Recommended for breakfast or a snack at any time of day.
