AU SUBLIME
Philippe Compte and his wife Alexia have turned this place into a cavern of Ali Baba and a temple to gourmands. Somewhere between a tea room and a concept store, gourmet treats mingle with decorative objects, clothes and jewelry. Alexia works in the dining room, restoring and customizing objects according to her inspiration; while Philippe, voted one of France's 100 best chocolatiers, is in the kitchen. His pastries and confections, to eat in or take away, are to die for. At lunchtime, the place transforms into a restaurant and offers lunch formulas.
