Behind the ancient walls of the superb Can Faustino (Relais & Châteaux) is the hotel's very good restaurant, also open to non-residents: Fuego. In addition to the two bars nestled under the century-old vaults of the palace, there are well laid tables in the bougainvillea-filled garden patio. The atmosphere is charming and deliciously confidential, even romantic when dinner is served to the melodies played by a pianist, installed in the corner of the garden. Here, the emphasis is on the island's fresh and raw products.

- portions ridicules… et présentation « minimum » (les couteaux (4!!) nageant dans une eau tiède insipide !)
- trois convives, deux plats servis et le troisième servi 15 minutes après… donc viande froide…
Bref, bien loin du standard « Relais Château « , beaucoup d’amateurisme.
Dommage
La portion de poulpe est réduite et servie sans garniture
Le cadre est magnifique !
