Welcome to the lair of Miquel Sánchez, one of the island's most renowned chefs. At first, you'll be taken aback by the motley, wood-paneled decor that lends this address an atmosphere both chic and relaxed, then it's on the plate that the symphony begins its first notes. Organic and seasonal products are used to create recipes that are as refined as they are gourmet. The restaurant was also awarded a Bib Gourmand in 2023 (a label awarded by the Michelin guide) for its fine cuisine at moderate prices. Valid value for money!
