Como siempre, perfecto de principio a fin. Ubicación ideal, habitación moderna y bien decorada, limpieza extraordinaria, cama muy cómoda y espaciosa, precio razonable... Sin duda el mejor hotel urbano con encanto que hay en Ciudadela. Recomiendo reservar directamente en su web para conseguir el mejor precio. Una gran experiencia que hace honor a su nombre: cheap y realmente chic.

Hotel precioso en el centro de Ciutadella con fácil acceso si llegas a una hora en la que ya no hay recepción, te pasan un código para abrir la puerta del portal así que puedes llegar a la hora que quieras tranquilamente. La habitación es perfecta, la cama es grande, tiene un split para el aire acondicionado/ calefacción y en el baño hay un calefactor, también hay secador de pelo. Hay nevera con bebidas (de pago) y cafetera de cápsulas gratis, lo que se agradece por la mañana cuando te despiertas con ganas de tomarte un cortado. Nuestra habitación tenía terraza privada con vistas a los tejados de Ciutadella. Las únicas pegas son que el agua de la ducha no llegó a salir caliente, solo templada, menos mal del calefactor. Y el colchón creo que necesita un cambio. Por lo demás es perfecto para nosotros y volveremos sin dudarlo.
