The staff are all around fantastic

We had a 2 year old and he never got bored, they adjust the hotel to your needs is just “perfecto”

The staff is so nice, helpful, kind and thoughtful, they made our stay very peaceful and easy. We enjoyed a lot our trip to Menorca, thanks to you all.
Par contre mon Airpod Apple a disparu alors qu'il était posé sur mon lit pendant que j'étais au petit dejeuner : chose qui ne devrait pas arriver dans un hotel d'un tel standing !! et qui explique la mauvaise note !
