Incredibly disappointed. Would leave a 0 star review if possible. Rooms are smelly and full of mould.. simply unacceptable

Esther es una anfitriona maravillosa. El hotel está en pleno centro de Ciutadella, las habitaciones son monísimas, limpieza de 10 y decoración con mucho encanto. La comunicación con Esther ha sido muy fluida y nos ha ayudado desde el primer momento. La neverita y la terraza, top ✨
