Très déçus, nous avons demandé un arrangement suite à notre vol annulé car c’était notre voyage de noces. Nous aurions été prêts à revenir au plus vite et à payer un supplément mais l'hôtel ne voulait rien savoir et n'était pas du tout arrangeant. Ce n'est vraiment pas un bon service client nous sommes vraiment déçus

Todo fantástico, sobretodo la disposición de Isa y el resto del equipo que atiende este fabuloso hotel con encanto. Hemos estado 4 días y han hecho que nos sintieramos como en casa pero sin el como ????????????. Si volvemos a Menorca este será nuestro alojamiento.

Habitaciones amplias cómodas y muy limpias.
Muy buen desayuno.
