The Gelats Torres store, located in the Cas Mèrvol mansion, needs no introduction in the region: it's certainly one of Menorca's (and indeed the Balearic Islands'!) most renowned artisanal ice-cream makers. The ice cream parlour has been offering a vast and excellent selection of ice creams and other local products for almost a century now (the family business began its gourmet activities in 1930!). A refreshing stop-off on a stroll through Ciutadella town center, especially in the height of summer.
