Founded in the 1960s by Rafel Moll Bagur, a master craftsman, Raima is currently one of only two producers and distributors of pure native Menorcan red veal. Raima has its own herd at its farm in Son Catlar. Generation after generation, artisanal gastronomic products continue to be produced, including veal and typical cold cuts (sobrassada, cuixot, carn i xulla, butifarró). Respect for the land, for the know-how and for the island's tradition are the order of the day!

Vaig anar a comprar a Raima dia 30 de Desembre. me’n vaig endur lo que menys hem pensava que men duria; un Tall rodo de pollastre que dins i duia; ou, carn picada i Bacon. Tambe men vaig endur butifarras de trufa i butifarras de all i juavert . En David que es el home que me va atendre, sempre te bones idees i es molt bon carnicer. Apart que te atendra amb tota la simpatia del món. Gracies a ell i ses seves idees vam sopar de luxe. Vos recoman anar a raima. Preu-cualitat . Bon any!!

Cote de boeuf de Minorque d’exception et pour un prix plus qu’abordable… les boucheries françaises devraient suivre cet exemple de qualité. Patron super sympa mais ne parle que l’espagnol .
