SA XERXA
We've fallen in love with this fine restaurant nestling on the Fornells sea passage. Here, the spotlight is on Menorcan cuisine. Everything is homemade, from starters to desserts. Good products on the plate: fish kilometer zero, Menorcan meat (we recommend the excellent vedella fillet)... and delicious traditional dishes à la carte(caldereta, arròs caldós...). Those with a sweet tooth will end up with a Sa Xerxa, a kind of cheesecake with dulce de leche, mascarpone and oreo (very sweet, but very good!) or a pastís de formatge de Maó.
