The hotel has 22 tastefully decorated, comfortable and attractive rooms, as well as a very good restaurant.

Like the neighboring Torre Vella estate, Santa Ponsa is part of the sumptuous Relais & Châteaux family! Divided between the main residence (a former 17th-century palace), the former barns and the garden buildings (100 hectares of property, after all!), there are a total of 22 stylish, comfortable and tastefully decorated rooms. There's also an excellent restaurant serving healthy, seasonal dishes (some of the produce comes from the kitchen garden) and an incredible spa. Numerous activities. A haven of peace.

The culinary offerings didn’t quite match the overall charm sadly. The menu, particularly for room service, felt limited, especially considering the price.

Moreover, the service experience, in contrast to our stay at the Experimental Hotel, left something to be desired. The warm hospitality we expected was definitely lacking…

Lugar precioso. Hotel a la altura del paisaje. Recepción muy bien y habitación también, pero... Para ser un lugar exquisito no es de recibo tener que esperar 50 minutos de reloj desde que nos sentamos a cenar hasta que llegó el primer plato... Especialmente siendo un menú cerrado y sabiendo la hora que íbamos... (ya que nos la propuso el restaurante mismo)... Leyendo opiniones de años anteriores veo que nuestro caso no ha sido el único. Un hotel rural de lujo, como es considerado, debería corregir este hecho rapidamente...

Les deux hôtels Santa Ponsa et Torre Vella sont magnifiques (les bâtisses en elles-mêmes comme l’environnement) ; ce sont deux havres de paix idéalement situés sur la jolie île de Minorque.
Le personnel est sympathique, efficace et discret.
L’apéritif sur les falaises de Torre Vella vaut le détour (quelle vue !) et la piscine-spa de Santa Ponsa est incroyable !
Idéal pour un séjour romantique en couple.
