Built at the end of the 19th century and dedicated to farming until 2000, Santa Mariana has been a rural hotel since 2017, combining rusticity, design and comfort: the original structures of the house, rough and ancient, are matched by a sober, tasteful aesthetic. The garden produces vegetables and olives, while the lamb and chicken farms provide protein. In the kitchen, you'll find Mediterranean dishes with an Asian touch, while breakfast is more local. Bright, pleasant rooms.

Esta noche he descubierto otro atractivo de Menorca, tras varios años viniendo de vacaciones hasta ahora no había tenido la oportunidad de ir al restaurante Santa Mariana. La experiencia a sido única, el ambiente, la calidad de los platos, la originalidad de los mismos, y el servicio han sido excelentes. He disfrutado mucho de esta experiencia culinaria gracias a la capacidad creativa del Chef José María Borrás, quien no ha decepcionado. El magret de pato estaba excepcional y lo recomiendo, al igual que el resto de platos que por sugerencia del Chef he probado. Había oído hablar del joven menorquí que dirige la cocina del Santa Mariana y tenía ganas de conocerlo. La experiencia ha superado mis expectativas. Me voy de la isla con ganas de regresar y de volver a repetir esta experiencia culinaria.

Incredible cuisine with the 14 course tasting menu. This young chef is an artist and quite deserving of the Michelin star he's earned. The service was also excellent. Locale is rural but part of the charm. So glad we decided to make our way to dine here and were able to taste so many of his creations.

Fui a hacer el menú degustación ayer noche y de todos los restaurantes a los que he ido en Menorca este sin duda es el más creativo y especial de todos, muchas gracias a todo el servicio de sala y de cocina fue increíble
