Built at the end of the 19th century and dedicated to farming until 2000, Santa Mariana has been a rural hotel since 2017, combining rusticity, design and comfort: the original structures of the house, rough and ancient, are matched by a sober, tasteful aesthetic. The garden produces vegetables and olives, while the lamb and chicken farms provide protein. In the kitchen, you'll find Mediterranean dishes with an Asian touch, while breakfast is more local. Bright, pleasant rooms.

Un jeune chef de 23 ans aux commandes de la cuisine. Impressionnant de talent.

El menu degustación, de 13 pasos, me hizo viajar a traves de los sabores que el chef plantea.
Colores, texturas y variedad de productos de la tierra, con base menorquina y curiosidad por los aromas de otros países. Pastisets y Raz El Hanout, Curry y sobrasada o Demis super golosas componen una propuesta interesantísima.
Hay mucho talento por desarrollar para que este equipo gastronomico de muchas más alegrías a Menorca. Gracias y enhorabuena Santa Mariana.
