The name of master pastry chef Lluís Febrer is well known in town, but also on the rest of the island. This family-run business specializes not only in traditional pastries, but also in Menorcan and Balearic specialties. Cookies, muffins, madeleines, panellets, mitjallunes, ensaïmadas and other sweet treats are available from the stalls. Note that everything produced here is gluten-free! Something to delight all gourmets. Last but not least, the house can deliver to your home, even if it's in France! An address worth trying out!

Visited on last day of my Menorcan holiday, wish I'd found it sooner. Great gluten free bakery, lots of choice both savoury and sweet. Really tasty. If your in Menorca and need a gf diet, this bakery is a must

Esta pastelería sin gluten es un verdadero paraíso para los amantes de los dulces. Todo en su selección es delicioso, pero las ensaimadas son una verdadera joya. Definitivamente, una parada obligada para satisfacer tus antojos de repostería sin preocuparte por el gluten. ¡Una delicia que no querrás perderte!
