The name of master pastry chef Lluís Febrer is well known in town, but also on the rest of the island. This family-run business specializes not only in traditional pastries, but also in Menorcan and Balearic specialties. Cookies, muffins, madeleines, panellets, mitjallunes, ensaïmadas and other sweet treats are available from the stalls. Note that everything produced here is gluten-free! Something to delight all gourmets. Last but not least, the house can deliver to your home, even if it's in France! An address worth trying out!

Prodotti tipici introvabili senza glutine e latte. La signora al banco è squisitamente gentile e familiare. Tutto freschissimo tanto che molte cose vanno prenotate il giorno prima. Tappa obbligatoria per i celiaci e non.
