A Rio classic. Galeto Sat's is, as its name suggests, entirely dedicated to"galeto", i.e. grilled chicken. This Brazilian specialty is typical of certain botecos. Galetos can be eaten on their own (simple) or"completos", i.e. with French fries, manioc flour with eggs and rice. This typical grilled chicken dish can be found in various stalls of the same brand in the southern zone. It's a quick and inexpensive way to satiate yourself between swims on the nearby Copacabana beach.
